4.4. Legitimate interest. When LIQUID INNOVATION CO decides to proceed with the processing of personal data after analyzing the evaluation of the purpose and need for the processing of the User, the User's expectations regarding the processing of personal data and the preparation of the necessary legal documentation. This legal basis is used when, for example, LIQUID INNOVATION CO sends a
newsletter, content download, videos, digital media, related to the User's interests.

You also have the right to data portability and the right to limit or oppose the processing of your data, within the scope and terms of the GDPR and other applicable legislation.
7. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION AND DISPOSAL TIME:
We always look at the intended purpose, to keep your data only for as long as necessary. When we achieve the purpose, we discard it.
In fact, there are legal requirements that require data to be kept for a minimum period of time. Therefore, and whenever there is no specific legal requirement, the data will be stored and preserved only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated its collection or subsequent processing, after which it will be deleted.
After the respective retention period has elapsed, LIQUID INNOVATION CO will delete or anonymize the data whenever it should not be kept for a different purpose that may subsist.
